AI assistant¶
The AI assistant is the large model operations assistant built into OpsAnt.
Before use, you need to complete model integration in "System Settings - AI Configuration". See AI Model Configuration.
Entry points¶
- The "AI assistant" button in the upper right corner opens the drawer on the right
- The "AI assistant" menu on the left opens a standalone chat page
Features¶
- Natural language conversation: diagnose faults, analyze logs, generate commands
- Session management: create, rename, and delete sessions
- Model switching: switch models from the dropdown in the upper right corner; the configured default model is used by default
- Deep thinking: let the model show its reasoning process before giving a conclusion
- Page context: the AI is aware of the current page, making answers more accurate
- Platform resource awareness: the AI can perceive real-time overviews such as the current number of onboarded hosts and databases
Conversation examples¶
- "How many hosts are currently onboarded?"
- "How can I batch check the disk usage of all hosts?"
- "Help me write a script to clean up logs older than 30 days under /var/log"
Tips¶
- The input box supports multi-line input; click the send button to send
- Session records are saved in the local browser; clearing browser data will lose the sessions
