File Transfer

File transfer is used to distribute files in batches to onboarded hosts.

Usage Steps

  1. Go to "Operations Management - File Transfer"
  2. Upload the file to be distributed (or select from existing files)
  3. Select target hosts (only onboarded hosts are selectable)
  4. Configure the target path, permission, and execution user
  5. Click "Distribute"

Features

  • Chunked upload: Large files are transferred in chunks to avoid single-transfer failures
  • Resumable transfer: Transfers can be resumed after interruption
  • MD5 verification: File integrity is verified after distribution is complete
  • Directory distribution: Supports distributing entire directories

Result Tracking

Distribution results can be viewed in "Task History" by task ID, including the transfer status and output of each host.

Tips

  • The distribution target path must be a directory with write permission on the target host
  • For large file distribution, it is recommended to execute in batches to avoid network congestion
